StylePurch only offers EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT 

SHIPPING

Please keep in mind all orders will process and ship within 12-36hours of purchase (MONDAY-FRIDAY).

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Please note with the volume of service we provide once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Please understand STYLEPURCH is not responsible for USPS delays or any couriers we work with. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

CUSTOM FEES

Custom fees are to be solely paid by customer. By purchasing from us you acknowledge and agree to paying those fees if need be. 

 

UNCLAIMED/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Orders that are RETURNED to us due it being Unclaimed ,Incomplete/incorrect address or unpaid customs fees are issued a store gift card with a 15% restock fee/ forfeited shipping. Gift card is sent via email. 

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event your package has been lost, mishandled or stolen please call your local post office at 1800-ASK-USPS. We are not responsible for lost,mishandled or stolen packages. 

Items will only be shipped to a verified billing address. If you will like your order to be shipped to a different address please verify with a valid photo ID matching the billing address via email
